​Providing quality and affordable care to our clients and patients is our top priority.
To do so, it’s vital that you understand our ​hospital policy.
  • We’d love to help every animal in need, but there aren’t enough hours in a day, staff members, or resources to make that a reality.
  • Hospital policy defines a “current client” as a person who has brought their animal to us in the past 12 months and is current on vaccinations.
  • To effectively serve current clients with routine appointments and medical emergencies, we cannot accommodate non-clients/patients. New clients/patients will only be considered if referred by a current client and records from a previous veterinarian are provided.
The team at Summit Veterinary Services understands your frustration, and we are grateful for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to provide quality, affordable, and complete veterinary care. We ask that all current clients please plan routine visits 45-60 days ahead, call-in prescriptions with at least two hours of notice, and realize that we are doing our very best for you, every day.
